Refund policy

If you are dissatisfied with any item, reach out to us, and we will quickly resolve the problem. 

However, we do not make any refunds on in-stock items.

We return or replace items and pay you back the full refund for out-of-stock items only.

For exchanges, you may return the items that are unsatisfactory within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in the original new condition.

If you believe that you received the damaged order, please take a photo of the original packaging so we can follow up with my shipper if needed.
